tricolour marble cake
April 18, 2007 at 1:08 am | Posted in Cakes, Chocolate | 3 Commentsmarble cake for a study session tomorrow. i had one slice with a glass of cold milk just now, still warm from the oven. it is sufficiently moist and not too sweet.
i just love the pink!

can you describe in detail how on earth you got such beautiful swirls and mixtures, with not 2, but 3! colors? I’d be very much obliged.

hi kelly, click on the “marble cake” text above, it’s a link to the recipe. basically just divide the batter into 3 parts – add cocoa powder to one, pink colouring (or any other colour) to the other part and leave the last part “original.” try and let me know how it turned out for you! 😀
