butter cheese cake
March 17, 2007 at 1:22 am | Posted in Cakes, Cheese | 3 Commentsi realised that i never really bake loaf/dry cakes. i don’t know what’s the actual reason for this… probably because i think that cookies are more popular with the people around me. i decided to bake one today to use up the block of cheddar cheese which has been sitting in the fridge for nearly two months.

butter and cheese are two of my favourite things
they perk me up when down on my feelings
thought i told you some time ago
it has been a long long time so
that i had such delicious butter cake
and thus of the butter cake here is my take
i had a marvellous time downing 2 pieces with tea
satiated my craving for butter cake immediately
the cheese taste not overpowering, the texture just right.
