Yup, it’s happened to me once, but I’ve taken to decorating on the day itself so there won’t be any need to refrigerate. One thing you can do though if you don’t want it to bleed is simply don’t touch the fondant once it’s out of the fridge. The condensation is inevitable (particularly in our horrid humidity), but I’ve found that if you don’t touch it, the condensation will kinda dry up on its own. So as long as you don’t touch it, there won’t be bleeding. Hope that makes sense!
but i don’t touch the fondant! haha. it will condense then the fondant will melt “into” the frosting. then it looks disgusting. yeah maybe i shall do that, decorate on the day itself.
