i know it has been SO LONG since i last posted, but i have been really caught up with work. it’s as if i’ve been sucked up into a vortex, seriously. i have been baking occasionally but i just didn’t have enough time/energy to write a proper entry.
yesterday the jc girls had a break-fast-cum-belated-birthday-celebration for shidah. when i asked her what type of cake she wanted, she gladly left it up to me – i decided on a combination of chocolate and mint because i remember she loves cadbury peppermint chocolates.
